Prior to confirming your order, we advise all our consumers to read through our Terms and Conditions.
Upon placing an order, you indicate your acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms and conditions herein and are therefore legally bound by them.
“We” / “Our” / “Us” refers to P R A V A N I, the company and brand.
“You” / “Your” refers to the Consumer.
Each garment is unique, handmade and part of a limited collection. For these reasons we do not offer returns or refunds. Each piece has undergone stringent quality checks before packaging.
You may however, cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. All cancellation requests should be emailed to [email protected] referencing your order number, surname and reason for the cancellation, within 12 hours of placing the order to qualify for a full refund.
In the rare instance that we are unable to fulfil your order request(s), we will issue you a refund on item(s) in question.
We understand with online only purchases, that a particular style or fit could be different to what you had expected. In such instances we will gladly offer you i) an exchange, or ii) a store credit if the collection has been sold out.
The exchange process will be handled by our Returns Department, who reserves the right of refusal upon assessing the garment condition once returned.
Garment exchange criteria
- Garment is received in its original state
- Garment is unworn, no odours, perfume, visible dirt marks, no sign of damage, etc.
- Fabric, (if applicable) embroidery and overall garment condition is unaltered from original state
Within 3 days of receiving your purchase, kindly send an email to our Returns Department at [email protected] referencing your order number, surname and reason for the exchange request. A representative will contact you to discuss your request and assist in processing the exchange as soon as possible.
Please be informed that the cost of returning the garment for exchange, is covered by the consumer. In the unlikely event that the garment is being returned due to a manufacturing fault, this cost will be refunded to you within 30 days of us receiving the package with receipt of pay.
Please enlist the services of a reputable and trusted courier company, with a tracking number allocated to your parcel, for this purpose. This will help ensure that the parcel reaches us safely, in good condition. We will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or undelivered parcels.
*Disclaimer: The Returns Department must be informed, in writing, within 48 hours of receipt of goods, of any manufacturing fault on a garment for an exchange or return to be assessed. Any notifications received after this period, will not be considered. Email Returns Department at [email protected]
*Please note: If it is found that a garment returned due to “manufacture fault” has been altered in some way, and which has contributed to the fault, there will be no refund or exchange.
*Exceptions/Exclusions: Does not apply to “last chance to have” or “sale” items.
We have partnered with DHL Fashion for all our shipping requirements. Delivery within India
Dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of order and delivered within 3-4 working days. Tracking details are provided and each parcel requires a signature of receipt upon delivery.
Weekends and Public Holidays may affect these timeframes.
Delivery outside India Dispatched within 5-7 working days of receipt of order and delivered within 2-3 weeks. Tracking details are provided and each parcel requires a signature of receipt upon delivery.
It is important to note that, although DHL is our primary shipping partner, parcels may be forwarded on to third party carriers to complete the delivery process. In such instances, you will be provided with contact details of the relevant third party and parcel tracking information.
If you have missed an order, please liaise directly with the shipping agent to rearrange your delivery. Please note that additional charges may be applied by the shipping agent, for missed deliveries.
If you have placed your order from outside India, please bear in mind there may be Import duties and Taxes levied on your shipment. Orders do not include the possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country.
We therefore encourage you to visit your local customs websites or contact them directly prior to placing your order, to understand what these charges may be.
In addition, there may be delays in delivery due to customs clearance processes, for which P R A V A N I cannot be held responsible, as this outside our jurisdiction of authority and is country specific.
In the event that you fail to comply with customs charges/processes, and the parcel is returned to us (i.e. P R A V A N I), please note that you will be liable for the fees incurred to redeliver and/or return the item.
